Using Vellia

Vellia is a personal budgeting and planning tool. You are responsible for the information you enter and the financial decisions you make using the app.

Not financial advice

Vellia provides tools and educational information only. It is not a bank, broker, lender, accountant, tax adviser, or provider of personalised financial advice. Nothing in Vellia is a recommendation to buy, sell, save, borrow, or invest.

Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and free trials are offered through Apple’s App Store. Billing, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Referral rewards

Referral rewards are optional and may be subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and reasonable limits intended to prevent misuse. We may change or end a referral offer where permitted by law.

Your data

Your budget entries are primarily stored on your device. We recommend using the export functionality if you want a personal copy of your information. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any exported files.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with Vellia, misuse referral codes, reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.

Changes and availability

We may update Vellia, its features, or these terms from time to time. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law.
